About the Courtyard

The Colvill Courtyard is a fully-enclosed heated/air conditioned building that is available for rent year round. It can accommodate approximately 176 people and includes:

• 21 eight foot rectangle tables
• 4 five foot diameter round tables
• Bathroom facilities
• Chairs
• Electricity
• Fireplace
• Kitchen facility which includes a sink, prep area, and a refrigerator

Reservation

It should be noted that this facility is locked and requires a reservation to use. A key must be picked up at the Public Works Building during normal business hours prior to your event.

Rates

Full Day

• $350 per day to be paid at the time your reservation is made
• $175 cleaning deposit to be paid when key is picked up
• Courtyard (garden): $55 for four hours or more

Half  Day

October 15 - April 1

• Monday - Sunday
• $175 for 4 hours or less
• Cleaning deposit still required

• Monday - Thursday
• $175 for 4 hours or less
• Cleaning deposit still required
