About the Courtyard

The Colvill Courtyard is a fully-enclosed heated/air conditioned building that is available for rent year round. It can accommodate approximately 151 people and includes:

• 20 rectangular tables
• 4 round tables
• Bathroom facilities
• 200 chairs
• Electricity
• Fireplace
• Kitchen facility which includes a sink, prep area, and a refrigerator

Reservation

It should be noted that this facility is locked and requires a reservation to use. A key must be picked up at the Public Works Building during normal business hours prior to your event.

2023 Rates

Full Day

• $450 per day to be paid at the time your reservation is made
• $200 cleaning deposit to be paid when key is picked up (separate check)
• Courtyard (garden)
  • $40 up to four hours
  • $60 for four hours or more

Half Day

October 15-April 1

• Monday - Sunday
• $240 for 4 hours or less
• Cleaning deposit still required ($200)

• Monday - Thursday
• $240 for 4 hours or less
• Cleaning deposit still required ($200)
