Request for Proposal for Strategic Planning Facilitator


THE RED WING HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HRA) will accept proposals for a Strategic Planning Facilitator for the development of a Strategic Plan for the HRA until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at Red Wing HRA, located at 428 West Fifth Street, Red Wing, MN  55066.

Physical copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at the Red Wing HRA office free of charge beginning June 1, 2020.  Please call ahead at 651.388.7571 so we may be prepared with a copy. You may also request an electronic copy by email or fax from randal.hemmerlin@ci.red-wing.mn.us.  Questions regarding the Request for Proposals can be addressed to Randal Hemmerlin, Executive Director, at 651.301.7028.

In our attempts to help lessen the spread of COVID-19, the Red Wing HRA Offices are closed to the public until further notice. Staff will still be working during office hours of Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If you need assistance, please call 651-388-7571.
