Park Shelters

The City of Red Wing has 12 park shelters or pavilions available for use by the general public. Each of these shelters can be reserved for any portion of the day, or for the entire day, from approximately mid May thru mid October, weather dependent.

In addition, the City commonly receives requests for use of the parks for special events such as weddings, family reunions, concerts and other similar events. While the parks cannot be reserved exclusively, we recommend scheduling your event with the City. When scheduling your event, we will be able to let you know if other events or activities have been planned for the park that may interfere with your event. Staff can also make recommendations for other locations should there be scheduling conflicts.
