Portion Hill Street Closed Beginning Monday 8/12

The City of Red Wing Public Works Department will be closing a portion of Hill Street on Monday, August 12, 2013 for the repair of a water main. The area affected is the portion of Hill Street between Main and Third Streets. This closure is expected to last for two days, reopening as soon as the work has been completed. Traffic control will be in place. Drivers are encouraged to avoid this area. City crews appreciate the cooperation and patience of neighbors, drivers and pedestrians during this time of inconvenience. Portion of South Park Street Closed beginning Monday 8/12

The City of Red Wing Public Works Department will be closing a portion of South Park Street beginning Monday, August 12 for work on a water main. The area to be closed is the portion of South Park Street from 17th to 20th Street. This area will be closed to thru traffic. Local traffic only will be allowed. The intersection of 18th Street at South Park Street will be closed completely beginning Monday, August 12th for the duration of the project. 2013 Street Reconstruction Project to begin 8/12

Rubin hits the River City Days parade route

If smiles and hugs could be scored, Rubin won the hearts of the little kids… hands down… Big kids too! Everyone loves Rubin and the stickers he hands out! Preston Blaney did a great job as Rubin!
