Memorial Park & Oakwood Cemetery Gates to Open

Beginning Friday, April 26th, the gates to both Memorial Park and Oakwood Cemetery will be open on a daily basis for their regular summer hours.   Memorial Park will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Oakwood Cemetery gates at East Avenue will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.   For additional information on either Memorial Park or Oakwood Cemetery, click on either of the links above.

MNGL Driving Range to Open

The Mississippi National Golf Links Driving Range will be open beginning at NOON on Thursday, April 24th!  The driving range ball dispenser will accept cash in the form of $1.00 and $5.00 bills as well as tokens. No change will be given from the machine. The machine will dispense a bucket of 45-50 balls for $5.00 or one token. Ball tokens may NOT be purchased at the driving range, but are available only at the Public Works Office or City Hall. The cost for the tokens will be $5.00 for one or $20.00 for five tokens. Spring Clean Up Dates Announced

2013 Spring Yard Waste Clean-up Dates Announced Now through June 1st, 2013, City of Red Wing residents may dispose of brush at no charge during regular business hours.  The disposal site is located at the Solid Waste Campus, 1873 Bench Street.  Special bags are not necessary to dispose of materials at this site as all materials must be emptied from the containers in which they are brought.  After June 1st, 2013, regular rates for disposal of brush will apply. John Becker presentation on Red Wing Innovation Incubator

Unlicensed Taxi Possibly Operating In Red Wing

The City of Red Wing has received reports that a taxicab company may be operating within the City limits without a taxi license.
