This is a seven-member board appointed by the Mayor to act as the City of Red Wing’s primary agency for housing and redevelopment activities. The HRA administers and manages public housing properties and programs assisting families; administers Housing and Urban Development rental assistance programs; assists redevelopment projects and plans; and also administers a variety of housing and commercial loan programs. The HRA meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 315 West 4th Street.
