The HRA administers and manages public housing properties and programs assisting families; administers Housing and Urban Development rental assistance programs; assists redevelopment projects and plans; and also administers a variety of housing and commercial loan programs. The HRA meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 315 West 4th Street.
