4.        Review 2011-2015 Projects & Funding Sources by Department Capital Budget Report – Council Administrator Kay Kuhlmann

5.        Review General Fund Capital Budget Requests for 2011 from the Projects by Funding Source Report and Possible Funding Sources – Kay and Marshall 

6.        Provide Staff Direction to Finalize the 2011-2015 CIP
