The Employee Services Division assists individuals for employment in accordance with equal employment opportunity principles. Employee Services is also responsible for labor and employee relations, job classification and compensation, pay equity, employee benefits, payroll, safety programs, workers compensation, employee records management, personnel policy administration, contract negotiations and administration of the Employee Assistance Program.
