Comprehensive Plan

On April 9, 2007, the Red Wing City Council adopted its new Comprehensive Plan for the City. Since 2007, the City has adopted a number of special plans as amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. These documents provide policy direction for public and private decision makers. Below are links to all of the current Comprehensive Plan documents.
