Construction Debris

The Red Wing Solid Waste Campus is a Resource & Recovery Facility that manages the recycling of commodities, construction and demolition, industrial, residential and commercial waste generated in the City of Red Wing and surrounding communities in Goodhue County and Wabasha County.

Solid Waste Campus

This facility is open to all; you do not need to be a city resident to dispose of waste. Those using the facility will be required to sort their loads into the proper containers at the facility.

Getting Rid of Construction Demolition

Construction Demolition is among the items that are accepted at the Solid Waste Campus

Residents and commercial customers may deliver their construction demolition materials to the Solid Waste Campus by a small or large vehicle, or by a small or large trailer.

  • Small Loads will be evaluated for volume, and applicable fees applied. Customers will be required to sort their loads into proper containers at the facility.
  • Large Loads may be required to cross the scale, and will then be directed to a location to unload.

Applicable Fees Apply for All Waste Brought to This Facility

The City of Red Wing also has several large-size roll-off dumpsters available for short-term lease to Red Wing area residents and businesses as an option for disposal of construction demolition.
